OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR
"GETTIN' FIT WITH FROGGY" AND BLAIR HONDA

• Froggy 98 will qualify one on-air winner each weekday morning at 7:10 to win a 2008 Honda Fit  from Blair Honda from Monday, March 31st, 2008 through Friday, June 6th.
• All qualifiers must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Pennsylvania drivers license.
• All qualifiers and those in their immediate household must wait 30 days before winning any other contest on Froggy
• Participants may register during regular business hours at additional sponsor locations from Monday, March 31st through close of business on Friday, June 6th. One entry per person, multiple entries will be discarded.
• Participants may qualify only one time for the grand prize. In addition, only one person per household may qualify for the Grand Prize drawing.
• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• All qualifiers must be present to win at Blair Honda in Altoona on Saturday, June 14th at a Froggy 98 Live Action Broadcast from noon till 2 p.m. All qualifiers must check in by 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 14th.
• Grand prize winner must provide a valid Pennsylvania drivers license upon winning.
• Employees of Froggy 98, Forever Broadcasting, Blair Honda and any other participating sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible to win in contests or promotions on Froggy 98.
• Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the MSRP of the vehicle. Winner is also responsible for tags and insurance.
• Participation in a contest or promotion on Froggy 98 constitutes implied consent to use your voice for on-air broadcast and photographs and/or video on froggyradio.com.
• All judging decisions are final.
• Froggy 98 and Forever Broadcasting reserve the right to disqualify any participant.
• Prize pick-up is the responsibility of the grand prize winner.
• Froggy 98 and Forever Broadcasting reserve the right to end the contest at any time.
