I heard on the news about a Halloween party in Western PA, where a small child was dressed up in a skunk costume and a family member mistook the child as a real skunk(HUH!) and fired a shot at it. The child was injured but not fatally, thank goodness. I think Uncle Bob needs a eye exam.
