A Good Night's Sleep

According to a new study, kids who get more sleep at night - even a little bit - end up behaving better in school. Researchers found that small changes in daily life that allow children to add about a half hour of sleep end up helping in a big way. Parents can get their kids to sleep earlier by not allowing electronics in the bedroom and by winding the kids down a half-hour to an hour before bedtime.I try things like this all the time and bedtime at our house always seems to be a hassle.
