My 4 yr. old had her 1st visit to the dentist today. She was so excited. When the alarm went off this a.m. she got a big smile on her face and exclaimed "yes, I get to go to the dentist today". Boy, I wish I felt that way when exam time comes twice a year. Her older sister had a first today as well, her 1st cavity):
