THE BOARD’S STATEMENT ALSO SAYS --  QUOTE -- THE UNIVERSITY “HAS BEEN ACTIVELY RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FROM THE PATERNO FAMILY FOR CHANGES IN THE CONTRACT THAT UNFORTUNATELY BECAME NECESSARY DUE TO JOE’S DEATH.” THE BOARD HAS PUBLICLY SAID IT PLANS TO HONOR COACH PATERNO’S CONTRACT.

PATERNOVILLE SIGN THIEF

PENN STATE POLICE HAVE CONFIRMED THAT 22 YEAR OLD CHARLES CIRAOLO OF FAIRPORT NEW YORK HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH STEALING THE PATERNOVILLE SIGN AND DAMAGING PROPERTY AT BEAVER STADIUM IN FEBRUARY. EHRENFELD TOLD OFFICERS SHE FORGOT SHE HAD THE BABY AND THOUGHT THE CHILD WAS WITH ITS FATHER. EHRENFELD IS FREE ON 20-THOUSAND DOLLARS UNSECURED BOND.

23 YEAR OLD JOSHUA HOLLIDAY OF ALTOONA IS NOW IN THE CAMBRIA COUNTY PRISON, CHARGED IN SEVERAL PATTON AREA BURGLARIES IN CAMBRIA COUNTY. STATE POLICE SAY HOLLIDAY WAS ARRESTED ON A WARRANT SUNDAY MORNING. HE ALLEGEDLY BROKE INTO RESIDENCES ON GLENDALE LAKE ROAD AND IN CLEARFIELD TOWNSHIP. HOLLIDAY TRIED TO SELL THE STOLEN JEWELRY AT BLAIR COUNTY ANTIQUE STORES AND PAWN SHOPS.
