former governor dies at 95

George M. Leader, governor OF PENNSYLVANIA from 1955 to 1959, DIed YESTERday at THE age OF 95. Recently, Leader worked with Governor Tom Corbett to reform the state's corrections system to make it more efficient or effective. Corbett HAS ordered all Pennsylvania flags be lowered to half-staff until sunset on the day of his funeral. THOSE arrangements are pending.
