SANDUSKY CASE DISMISSED?

AS EXPECTED, JERRY SANDUSKY’S ATTORNEY FILED A MOTION YESTERDAY TO HAVE ALL 52 CHARGES DROPPED. JOE AMENDOLA SAYS THE COMMONWEALTH HAS NOT PROVIDED ENOUGH SPECIFIC DETAILS. THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE SAYS MORE DETAILS DON’T EXIST BECAUSE THE ACCUSERS DON’T REMEMBER SPECIFICS. AMENDOLA SAYS HE CAN’T PREPARE A DEFENSE REGARDING 7 OF THE 10 ACCUSERS AND HE THINKS THERE IS INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO SHOW ABUSE WITH THE OTHER 3. ANOTHER HEARING IS SCHEDULED APRIL 5TH IN BELLEFONTE AND SANDUSKY PLANS TO ATTEND.
