This guy is NEVER, EVER going to live this down. On Sunday night, Lee Palmer of Portland, Oregon called 911 because his family was being held hostage . . . by their CAT. Lee and his girlfriend have a 22-pound cat named Lux.
And on Sunday night, she ATTACKED the couple's seven-month-old son, and scratched his forehead.
So Lee kicked it . . . and the cat went NUTS. So Lee hustled his son, his girlfriend, and the family dog into a bedroom . . . locked themselves in while the cat kept CHARGING the door . . . and called 911. He told the dispatcher, quote, "We aren't safe around the cat . . . we're trapped in our bedroom, he won't let us out of our door . . . he's trying to attack us, he's very, very, very, very hostile." "When I leave out the bedroom to let the police in, I'm going to have to fight this cat . . . tell them to be careful." He also said the cat had, quote, "a history of violence."
The operator made sure she was allowed to dispatch to deal with a cat terrorist . . . and when they got to the apartment they managed to catch it in a snare for dogs. Lee says they're debating whether to take the cat BACK or not.
