Belleville Mennonite School Will Perform "Harvey"

Students from Belleville Mennonite School will perform, Harvey, on November 9-10, at 7:00 pm each evening, in the BMS gymnasium. Admission is $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for students.

Harvey, by Mary Chase, is the story of a man, Elwood P. Dowd, who sees an invisible, six and one half foot white rabbit named Harvey. When Elwood’s family tries to commit him to the hospital for his “hallucination”, the staff gets confused and they end up committing his sister, Veta, instead! This fun play questions reality and what is deemed “normal” and ends with a message about the value of being kind and loving to all the people we encounter in this life.

Belleville Mennonite School is a private, Bible-based academic community located in the heart of the Big Valley. The school integrates faith development with a quality academic program in a safe, loving environment for Pre-K through Grade 12.
