Coldest Month of the Year

January is National Soup Month, an appropriate time to celebrate the hearty, hot food, since January is also the coldest month of the year. Americans love soup. In fact, we consume 10 billion bowls of it every year. And with so many varieties, from clear soups like chicken soup to thick soups like a bisque, we never run out of choices. What is your favorite kind of soup?
